Google Wave is an impressive new concept from Google. You send a mail to your friends, family or co-workers, and they can reply to it. Okay, so you can do that with regular email as well. What’s different about Google Wave is that the mail is being saved on a server and everyone you want to be able to see that mail can see it, answer it and edit the same file. It’ll save you countless of RE: emails. Possibilities are endless. You could share your holiday pictures with your friends, and they can add theirs to yours. You don’t have to make plans for a meeting, you can hold it over Google Wave instead. Je wouldn’t even have to make notes then.

Google Wave is in it’s Beta phase. To be able to use it, you need an invite. If you have a Google Wave account, you might get a couple invites to pass around. I’ve got five invites available and I will pass them to the readers of my blog. What do you need to do? You should respond the "Doe de Wave" post on Ondoordacht Blog and tell me what you would do with Google Wave. The five most original responses will be rewarded with a Google Wave account.

You’ve got until December 10 to respond. If after December 10 there aren’t enough entries, the contest will be extended by a week. After that, the contest may be extended again, but only once. Winners receive a message. Keep in mind that sending invites takes a few days. You don't have to respond in Dutch, even though the post is in Dutch.
